While you are here you can view Esther Fishman's art exhibit that is on display until the end of the month. Amazing pastels of local scenes, intricate miniature collages, ornaments and jewelry are for sale and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the library. Or, we have thousands of gently used books of quality that you could buy for the reader in your family.
A very special Christmas tree fashioned entirely out of books was a highlight to all who visited when Santa was here. On that day, Casey Junker Bailey presented another fun program for children and the kids made a unique gift to bring home.
The tree will be on display through January 6th.
The staff and Trustees of Your Library wish everyone Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Kwanza and whatever way you celebrate the season. Wishing everyone peace, love and joy in the New Year.
The South Londonderry Free Library is excited to announce the launch of its brand new website!
Library patrons are now able to browse the library's catalog via the LibraryWorld Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). Patron will also be able to place holds on items from OPAC. The website also features a calendar of upcoming events and programs, a News blog feed, and detailed descriptions of the many services offered by the library.
We wanted to create a website that would help our library user easily access our Online Public Access Catalog, as well as all of the other amazing services our library has to offer.
Our hope is that our website will help make our library more accessible to our patrons and library lovers just passing through. We'd also like to give a special thank you to Rural Techies for building us this lovely website!
Help us spread the word our new library by sharing this post on your social media accounts!
